Cancellation Policy
Group Bookings Cancellation Policy
All cancellation charges are non-transferable.
Cancellations of bookings must be received in writing and are subject to a Cancellation Fees as follows:
Group Bookings Cancellation minimum 28 days prior to arrival
If you request to cancel your group booking at least 28 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date you will be charged €100/person + Registration & Administration Fees.
Flight tickets purchase through Study Plus - all flight expenses are non refundable and are subject to full payment over and above the cancellation fee.
Group Bookings Cancellation 8 – 27 days prior to arrival
If you request to cancel your group booking 8 – 27 days prior to arrival you will be charged €100 / person plus three nights’ accommodation + Registration & Administration Fees.
Flight tickets purchased through Study Plus - all flight expenses are non refundable and are subject to full payment over and above the cancellation fee.
Group Bookings Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival
If you cancel your booking less than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date you will be liable for the full cost of your booking including Registration & Administration fees and flight expenses if purchased through Study Plus.
Postponement of Group Booking
All postponement is subject to confirmation at the time of writing. The above cancellation policy applies.
Individual Bookings Cancellation Policy
Between 1 - 7 days prior to arrival date: four (4) weeks tuition and accommodation fees, Registration & Administration Fee, flight charges (if applicable) and Travel Insurance (if applicable).

All postponement is subject to confirmation at the time of writing. The above cancellation policy applies.
Covid-19 (Important Notice)
With effect from 1st March 2020, the Management of Study Plus has decided that any payments made with regards to a course booked with one of our partner schools, the management will issue a Future Credit Voucher equivalent to the deposit paid to be used in a future booking valid for one year from the date of the issuance of the voucher.
